The AccelR8 Prairie AI Hackathon 2026 is a full-day, in-person innovation challenge that brings together students, developers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and professionals from across Manitoba to build practical AI solutions for real-world business problems.
Working in teams of 3–5 participants, you'll choose from a range of industry challenge areas, develop a working prototype or proof of concept, and present your solution during a live pitch showcase to a panel of industry judges.
Whether you're an experienced AI practitioner or just beginning your AI journey, this hackathon is designed to encourage collaboration across technical and non-technical disciplines while showcasing innovation that can make a real impact.
